Our products are shipped within 5-7 business days. 

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Returns and exchange details

Problem with your order?

Our delivery team takes great care in ensuring that the package is delivered without any damage.

On rare occasions, accidents happen. If your Terrarium arrives broken or damaged*:
1. Take photo of damaged item with the product in the box.
2. Share a picture of the same with us at info@bytheleaf.in, within 24 hours of delivery and we will access the same.
3. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to arrange for replacement/refund.

Damaged only includes broken glass & jumbled up interiors.

If the order is refused at the time of the delivery due to any other reason, the buyer is not entitled for a refund.

● Terrariums are made to order, perishable, and fragile items and for that reason CANNOT be returned or exchanged, unless damaged (Definbitioon of Damage- stated above)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

● CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel an order for up to 24 hours following the purchase for a full refund (unless it has shipped). After 24 hours cancellations may be honored at the discretion of the seller and will incur a fee of 10% the purchase price. Custom or made to order items cannot be cancelled with the exception of extreme circumstances and will be determined by ByTheLeaf.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
